Abstract:For a long time, because of the complexity of the geological prospecting work content, including the Produced Multi-source geological data such as thematic maps by geological exploration project data, exploration, geophysical exploration and geochemical prospecting projection are long-term in a state of scattered and dynamic management, and the way and Information level of field data acquisition of trenching, drilling and well test, pitting exploration engineering and so on are original relatively and not high. Based on this, nonferrous geological survey center developed a set of modern geological prospecting information system combining with computer technology, network technology and GIS technology. The system can integrated manage Multi-source geological data of geological exploration project. At the same time, using the system can realize the exploration engineering field data acquisition digitally and generate electronic report automatically, making exploration engineering operations paperless from data acquisition to reporting digital.In this paper, the hierarchy and function structure of geological prospecting information system are analyzed, and some key technologies on the application of the system such as multi-source heterogeneous data integration technology based on GIS middleware, distributed data mining based SDE and storage technology, tile atlas shows research techniques and Web Service technology are studied. At the same time, the author select the root he copper iron ore projects for demonstration projects, and establish demonstration area geology exploration database according to the data organization model of geological exploration information system. After, put all the information of o root he mining area into storage using the geological prospecting information system, and demonstrate the storage process of digital logging subsystem of exploration engineering namely how to apply the electronic engineering field data collection subsystem to complete exploration and digital reporting. And evaluate the effect of practical application of the system. Finally, the advanced and practical of the system based on the actual use effect,put forward the proposal to the deficiencies in the system and provide improvement ideas for further perfecting of the system in this paper.
