The information of real estate survey is the data base of real estate registration.,After the registration of real estate,its relevant files,maps,data and other information have the legal effect.Therefore,it is of great significance to carry out the information management of the real estate survey.Due to the existing survey and registration data of real estate are simply transferred from the original decentralized registration department.the regulaotions,techniques,methods and routes of the original various kinds of real estate survey differ with each other.Therefore,the existing data of various kinds of real estate survey are not unified in data type,spatial reference,data accuracy,measurement unit and so on,the same name different nature and the same nature different name are very serious,Multi-source heterogeneous real estate survey data is difficult to integrate effectively,which brings huge obstacles to the real estate registration and information construction of real estate survey.Second,due to the failure to establish a unified,authoritative information management system,relying on traditional means to manage the survey information is increasingly difficult,the real estate registration department is unable to quickly obtain information of real estate right,The public application of the real estate survey results is not high.In view of this,it is necessary for real estate registration department to integraion and database Construction of original real estate registration data,as well as the new addition real estate right data to establish a scientific information management system.Around this problem,This article focuses in applying GIS to real estate survey information management.The specific tasks of study are as follows:(1)From the perspective of data management,this paper analyzes the characteristics,commonness,difference and relationship of the real estate survery data.study the management demand of the data under the new situation of unified registration of real estate,analyzes the deficiency of current information management.Next,it further analyzes the development and application of database technology of B/S and C/S,spatial data service platform based on service model,historical data management,and distributed mass spatial database technology.Present the Logical structure and architecture design of real estate suvery information.Through the analysis based on B/S and C/S database technology,based on the service model of spatial data service platform,history data management,a distributed massive spatial database technology development and application of right to put forward the cadastral information system of logical structure and architectural design.(2)Analyze the two factors of data management,guided by the information management science,considering the management information system,the Life-cycle managemen theory and theory of information Life-cycle managemen,quality management,build a information management system of real estate survey based on GIS,to carry out Life-cycle managemen for the information of real estate survey data.At the same time,this paper studies the data management of original real estate to enriches the connotation and dimension of the information management system.The above research introduce GIS into the information management of real estate right information management,Realize real-time correlation between real estate spatial data and attribute data and Property data and spatial data interaction analysis,statistics,query,rights data sharing and application.At the same time,integrating modern geographic information technology,build a Life-cycle information managemen system of real estate survey based on GIS,To improve the efficiency of the real estate registration department and the application of the real estate right information in the decision-making service.
