After years of development,China has begun to take shape in the establishment of a number of agricultural economic information databases, it had provided many important data services for many research and educational institutions. However, these data formed of two-dimensional table is not easy to read and display,besides, there is spatial correlation between a lot of data,and it is easy to lose potential information when two-dimensional data was analyzed by Lacking support for GIS data, then it led to poor decisions. Therefore, the research of applying GIS technology and computer technology to agricultural decision-making has great significance.The intelligent agricultural technology laboratory of Chinese academy of agricultural sciences led agricultural economy spatial information services key technology and application platform(Chinese agricultural economy electronic map,CAEEM),which has provided a multi-mode Intelligence Service for agricultural management departments with the help of digital agricultural Economic map of China,at the same time, the platform had been applied in many places. At present, its object includs the provinces, cities and counties, yet comes to township.so,this resreach will try to study the township on the results of Chinese agricultural economy electronic map and provid a common platform for rural agricultural economic information analysis and decision-making.With the lack of the existing spatial information services of agricultural economy in the township of China, a study based on GIS technology was proposed to provide a universal platform for agricultural production management in decision support.This research is based on Chinese agricultural economy electronic map, the township-oriented agricultural economic information database and the geographic spatial database of Hebei province were designed and established. Based on the technologies of Database,spatial information(GIS,GPS), ComGIS, MATLAB/.NET integrated programming and predictive analysis model(Gray system and BP neural network), a easy to transplant and extensional platform for township-oriented economic information services was developed to provide decision support for agricultural production sectors. The system achieved the purposes of spatial and attributive data query, statistical ranking, customized thematic maps, and development tendency analysis.The main contents are as follows:(1)Data collection and pre-processing, building county-oriented and township-oriented agricultural economic information database and the geographic spatial database. Agricultural economic base data processing including encoding and regulating table structure, the method of encoding is the area type + index type + index + Code Name, and using a self-developed data processing tool to regulate table structure. Geospatial data processing including topology analysis, spatial analysis(intersection analysis) and data connections(2)Completing the design and implementation of the system to ensure platform scalability. System interface can be flexible layout according to personal preferences, and correlation analysis results can be easily exported.What’s more, you can simply import the data into a database without changing the system configuration when adding new data, thus ensuring the platform’s scalability. The system achieved the purposes of spatial and attributive data query, statistical ranking, customized thematic maps, and development tendency analysis.(3)Studying the model of gray system and the BP neural network, and realizing it through the program language. With the historical data of agricultural economic indicators, repeated testing the model of gray system and neural network, and ultimately determined the model parameters.Then,we wrote M functions based MATLAB programming language, which were called by the system.When we analyzed agricultural indicators through the forecasting model, the system will show the estimated accuracy, so users can kown the value of the Specific model.
