Digital agriculture has been the frontier realm of the modernization of agricultural production since the speedup of modern agriculture development. And it facilitates effectively the integration of agricultural production and modernized information technique, and adds fresh blood to the agricultural production. Based on the current state of the construction of digital agriculture and the need of construction and management of agriculture in China, combining with the practical demands of the department of Beijing agricultural management various modern information techniques including 3S, computer, network, communication, distributed database, WebGIS and groupware are applied to construct an agricultural macroscopic decision-making support system together with automated technique and traditional mode of agricultural production. This system will congregate the functions including collection, transmission, storage, management and analysis of agricultural information more exactly, highly efficiently, swiftly, completely and normatively.Distributed database design is adopted in this system and almost complete share of agricultural information is achieved using the design of network interconnection and various connectors to supply abilities of spatial localization and the analysis, and find out the internal connection of various data in order to dynamic inspect, analysis, management and decision-making of agricultural resource information to show the spatial distribution and changing current of various agricultural resources directly, visually and timely. Interconnection between sustainable development and economic factors of agriculture is analyzed to estimate agricultural production and composition in scientific and logical ways. These will be a great means of managements on agricultural resources and decision-making support for governmental departments of decision-making, management or relational organizations of agriculture and an entire service of agricultural geography for society. As a result, agricultural work will be improved to a scientific and standard level totally.
