University-saving of campus is an important part of saving society building, embodied theimplement of sustainable development’s concept. It is the concept of sustainable development,balanced personnel training as the way to campus building. Saving for college managementproblems, as awareness of energy issues and energy-efficient system does not have a soundproblem. The old way of Management, profligacy of resources, this article will be applied to theconstruction of three-dimensional GIS on saving campus.In this paper, by reading a lot of literature on the use of information and resources is related tothe status of a full investigation schools. Referring to some of the more advanced scientificmanagement colleges, campus energy monitoring system is to carry out a three-dimensional designand development research. This article relies on the three-dimensional geographic informationplatform (GD-Earth2.0), building on the campus facilities and equipment for three-dimensionaldisplay of various pipelines, real-time monitoring and management on "Water, electricity, gas,"and other instruments. It is to achieve the purpose of energy conservation on campus, campusenergy sector to strengthen the logistics management and control. The requirements analysis is tobe given to the function of the system, data, and performance aspects, on the basis of the analysisof the demand function and structure of the system’s overall design and detailed design. Systemarchitecture of the data layer, an intermediate layer and application layer. The database system hasbeen designed. Because all of the information is related to the location, and the spatial relationshipis related too.The system is useful to scientific decision-making school leadership and energy managementsector to provide technical support and a powerful tool. Three-dimensional energy monitoringmanagement system statistics, analysis and evaluation functions is to be improved managementsector. Decision makers are to be ensured energy efficient scientific and correct. Energymonitoring platform is not just a sense of management and decision-making tool, which is also thelogistics service platform, logistical support digital platforms.
