Rapid urbanisation brings more problems.Human activity continue to expand to the suburbs,Thus triggered landslides and othergeological disasters frequency is more frequent, casualty and economic loss caused bythe more and more serious,Especially in the rainy season, the mountain collapse,landslide, debris flow and other geological disasters caused by the sudden rainfalloccurs, not only a threat to people’s life and property security, also become theimportant factors that hinder the sustainable development of society and economy.Therefore, how to prevent and reduce the harm caused by geological disasters such aslandslide, seeking to risk assessment and risk assessment of regional geologicalhazard rainfall model, and use technology to landslide monitoring early warning,timely to remind the people affected by the disaster, disaster reduction loss, hasalready be come the urgent problem need to be solved. It is also an important contentof geological disaster prevention and control work.This paper takes landslide induced by rainfall as the research object In Zix ingCity, based on the Analysis and reference to the landslide monitoring system, UsingGIS technology, database technology, network and communication technology anddata model analysis method, the construction of a landslide monitoring, informationcollection, transmission, analysis, decision-making and command in one of thegeological disaster monitoring and early warning forecast system. which majorfunctions include:○1Realization of automatic acquisition, storage, data processingetc.○2Through the prediction model to predict the deformation area and the forecastresults;○3Through the mobile intelligent terminal of MapObjects moder n supervisionand management;○4Through the early warning level settings that danger levelmonitoring object.The early-warning theoretical model to b e applied in the researches throughselecting displacement and rainfall as the parameters of the slide in the land slide, thedisplacement parameters using the three step d am ag e theory of the Saito model toanalyze the stag e when its enter the accelerated creep, according to the displacement- time curve, that can g et accurate slip in the time of the forecast values; As rainfall as along-term regional prediction p arameters, a nd consid ering the rainfall on land slide hasthe hysteresis effect, has offered the effective rainfall mod el of landslide induced b yrainfall, At the same time, the result of spatial interpolation use of rainfall monitoringstation rainfall value can get t he research area rainfall region risk level distrib ution map.Practice has shown, The research ideas and method of regional rainfall typelandslide in this paper is helpful to promote the regional geological disaster riskassessment and risk management research,which Design and implementation ofgeological disaster monitoring and early warning system based on GIS, improved theefficiency of the work of geological disaster prevention and management, has thepractical significance to develop the monitoring and early warning system ofcomprehensive geological disasters and reference.
