With the rapid development of social economy, the highway is playing an increasingly important role in daily transportation. The landslides that induced by the highway construction occurs frequently,which affected the normal operation of the highway, also threatened the life property safety of local residents.At present,highway landslides research focuses on landslides mechanism、landslides stability、landslides monitoring and forecasting and the laws of regional highway landslides distribution and results. The research of the highway landslides has the great meaning of the highway construcation.Based on the collection information and geological investigation of a highway in Chongqing,the thesis analyzed engineering geological condition、hydrogeology condition 、 the monitoring of surface displacement and deep displacement monitoring information of the landslide,cleared the scale、nature and characteristics of this landslides.The stability of the landslide and trend forecasting has been carried out by R/S analysis method. Main research contents as follows:(1)According to collected information and geological investigation,the study area has been seen as an ancient landslide group.The group has been divided into East and West landslide by a gully in the middle of the group.Each has been divided into pre-stage、middle-stage and last-stage.The pre-stage and middle one have shallow and deep sliding face.Landslide mass in the middle of each stage is thick than other parts.Highway passed through the front of the middle-stage of the landslide by excavation cased the middle-stage revival.(2) The monitoring data analysis shows that the middle-stage is entire deformation. The path of deformation has been divided into three stages, the deformation rate of middle-stage landslide is bigger in the end of November to the end of December of 2012.In the end of December 2012 to the end of January 2013 the deformation rate of middle slowed down.But as the rain season coming, the deformation rate of middle landslide increased.(3)Using the displacement Hurst index determined by means of R/S analysis method of December of 2012、January of 2013、May of 2013 to predict the stability trend of landslide.It has been proved that the stability trend can be predicted by H,but the stability coefficient can not be predicted possibly.(4)Limit equilibrium method has been used to calculate the stability coefficient of the landslide,the result show that the middle-stage landslide is instability.
