Through on near 27 years to Xinjiang Ms ≥ 4 earthquake of times, and magnitude and caused of disaster information of collected and finishing, using history literature method, and Statistics analysis, and return analysis, and variance cycle outside pushed method and established earthquake risk evaluation model and grey associated degrees analysis, on 1985-2011 occurred of Ms ≥ 4 earthquake of spatio-temporal distribution and the caused of disaster for in-depth analysis, obtained following conclusions:First of all,from 1985 to 2011 in Xinjiang Ms≥4 earthquake time trend analysis,according to thestatistics of Ms≥4 earthquake occurred 1010 times, 1985-1996 seismic activity is calm, from 1997 onwards the seismic activity is more active, the rapid growth of the number of the earthquake,reached a peak in 2008. Ms is more than or equal to 4 seismic activity period of about 11a; 2, 3, 8, 9,5 and October are relatively active, the earthquake occurred more frequently, reached a peak in March July, Gu Feng, about 5-6 months each magnitude earthquake activity period; the day there are 2 peaks,2 peaks and valley value; the local time is 5-6 and 17-18 respectively, the valley valueof 11-13 and 1-2 local time.Secondly, on the Xinjiang 1985-2011 Ms more than 4 spatial distribution of earthquakes is analyzed, results show that the spatial distribution has the obvious strip type and not uniformity. Ms ≥4 earthquake is relatively concentrated Arkin,West Kunlun and Tianshan and Altai 4 earthquake belts. Analysis of the latitude and longitude of Ms≥4 earthquake, earthquake activities in recent 27 years, the latitude and longitude slightly to the north and East or South westward migration. From the southern Xinjiang the overall point of view, the earthquake occurred more frequently,and the less common northern and eastern cities in the.Finally, the seismic direct loss analysis, 11 earthquake occurred in 2004-2011,belong to the micro earthquake disaster, disaster from heavy to light in order are:Wushi>Nilka>Gongliu>Yutian>Tekesi >Tuokexun>keping>Wuqia>Aheqi>Chabuch aer>Hejing; In2003 year 5 disaster earthquake disaster, belong to small disaster earthquake, disaster from heavy to light in order are: Jiashi >Jiashi- Yuepuhu>Russia and Mongolia borde...
