Along with the computer upgrades and the rapid development of 3D visualization technology,as well as the concept of "digital mine" popularized,mine 3D visual modeling technology has received the widespread attention,mine 3D visual modeling technology has become a production and scientific management to realize safe and efficient mining enterprises of the powerful measures.Collected and sorted,based on the mining engineering software Surpac Sandaowanzi gold mine geological data,based on the research and build the Sandaowanzi gold mine drilling database,roadway model and surface model,entity model, and the block model,etc.,and the Sandaowanzi gold mine 3D visual modeling technology to carry out applied research.This paper studies the main work and obtain the results are as follows:1, To collect and collate the Sandaowanzi gold mine stope of original data,including geography,geology,mining,ore deposit features,such as processing the stope in the exploration the paper and the original CAD figure of electronic map,through the reconstruction and optimization,laid the foundation of establishing a model for stope.2, To analyzed the Sandaowanzi mining area of the surface conditions, drilling data and the actual mining situation, created Sandaowanzi geological data tables,mainly includes the collar(drilling open information table), the survery(table) borehole survey information,lithology table(each subsection geological rock drilling information table) and test table(each subsection sampling drilling grade table) four data tables.Combining Surpac software,and puts forward the method and process of 3D geological modeling,set up Sandaowanzi gold mine stope drilling database,within the scope of drilling database is studied,according to the 3D visualization and image directly acquire grade gold and other elements of the space distribution and the change rule.3, Surpac software as tools,created Sandaowanzi gold mine roadway model, entity model and surface model.In regard to the surface,using the contour method to build the Sandaowanzi gold surface model.In terms of ore body,through the analysis and research on the physical model of the modeling method and process of building the Sandaowanzi gold mine entity model,etc.Image through the establishment of the entity model,can be intuitive understanding of Sandaowanzi of gold orebody geometry distribution,for the Sandaowanzi gold to offer a scientific basis for production planning and management.4, Using Surpac software created Sandaowanzi gold block model,assignment of block model,direct assignment,more important is the distance power inverse ratio method is adopted to improve the grade of interpolation,and carried out in accordance with the constraint condition grade properties to display,etc.By creating a block model also for Sandaowanzi gold reserves estimation.Sandaowanzi gold after 3D visualization model creation,the form and grade of the ore bodies distribution to a relatively clear grasp,the Sandaowanzi gold mine mining design, development,resources rationally,improve mine economic benefits have played a very important role,also for the other 3D visualization of mine construction play a demonstration role in driving.
