With the rapid development of information technology (IT), information society is becoming more and more popular.IT is an emerging and a high-tech industry with the nature of the service, which is the pillar industry of our country’s economy. The rapid development of information technology can not only enhance the country’s overall economic efficiency, but also can form a huge scale. So the IT industry has become one symbol to measure a country’s comprehensive national strength. However, IT project is different from the ordinary project IT project has great difficulty and cost a lot, it changes quickly and its’management standards are not perfect etc. So it is larger than the general project the uncertainty the presence of risk factors it faces. The uncertainty has a certain impact on the construction of the IT project, which caused by the complexity and risk intensity is much higher than the ordinary project the risk brought.According to the characteristics of IT project life cycle, the work flow and the universal risk index of IT project, this paper puts forward to use the Analytic Network Process (ANP), DEMATEL and grey theory for risk assessment during construction process of IT project.This paper also selected the collaborative innovation platform of mobile Internet Education Industry as empirical research. Through using the risk assessment based on the above three theoretical models, which obtained satisfactory results of the assessment, but also proves the scientific modeL Finally, this paper put forward guidance and scientific measures for the construction of the platform according to the results, which achieve the combination of theory and practical significance.
