The Research And Realization Of Urban Cadastral Data Management System Based On MapGIS

With the rapid development of computer techniques, the application of GIS in the process of cadastral management is gradually penetrating. At present cadastral management is the hard core of the land management in China. It is an irresistibly developed trend of land management that using modernized and intelligentized method to realize the automatic cadastral management.This study focused on the detailed and deep study and research of the construction and application of urban cadastral database from following aspects:domestic and overseas status of the art of urban cadastral data management system; key technology of system development; general design of system; design of urban cadastral database; realization of management system of urban cadastral database. The construction of database was introduced detailedly and especially from the database design principle, data source and data structure. Technical preparation design was made for the system design before the realization of data system. Firstly, the partition method of cadastral area and subarea was introduced. Then the unified coding of cadastral parcel and code conversion was presented. Before the data was put into the database MapGIS was used to check the data quality to make sure the accuracy of these data. Additionally, the main functions of the underlying database management system and spatial database management system were compared and analyzed. Meanwhile the function of topology check was added into the spatial data management-module to guarantee the accuracy further.Research achievements of this thesis provide the support for urban cadastral work. Simultaneously, the system’s practicability was examined using the data from Peng’an County. This system thus can be used as the software platform for the integrated management and application of urban cadastral data and provide the decision making function for urban cadastral workers.
