The thesis has improved S-transform depending on time-frequency analysis, Combining the modified S-Transformation to wavelet spectrum simulating technology, and different attribute parameters are extracted through wavelet spectrum. In addition, the absorbs analysis technology has get good effect in the hydrocarbon detection during actual seismic data.First, In order to overcome the lack of resolution of the standard S-Transform, this thesis has improved the Gaussian window of the standard S-Transform by increasing the adjustment factor, in order to adjustment the rate of change of the Gaussian window flexibly depending on the actual seismic data, thus the improvement adapts to a different type of problem resolution seismic data. the application of the improved S Transform to the spectral decomposition has weakened the influence the size of the window when compared with the conventional spectral decomposition method, then the optimal location of the time and frequency can obtained, finally the stability of the algorithm and the ability of distinguishing the reservoir was improved.Secondly, to obtain better focusing, spectral modeling with Ricker family wavelets was performed on time-frequency spectrum, and with the variation of the frequency and amplitude, the reaction of the reservoir was be analyzed. Finally, a variety of approaches to extract absorption attribution parameters were analysis and explored to extract absorption attribute sections and then carbonate cavity system was predicted with it. Although the purpose of the area layer was deep buried(about5000m), when seismic wave propagates form surface to the reservoir, the energy was depleted seriously, but form the actual data processing and analysis results, whether gradient method, differential method, central method and so on after spectral modeling with Ricker family wavelets, after that, positions of corroded caves were clearly characterized on these absorption attribute sections.
