The problem of the slope stability on seismic behavior is always one of the hot topics which is studied and discussed in geotechnical engineering and earthquake engineering. There is always keep consistency largely between the distribution of global belt and the distribution of landslide belt,which reflects that seismic behavior can trigger the instability and failure.At the same time,the human engineering activities become more severe with rapid development of science and technology. Making the region where there are few landslides becoming the region where there are many unstable slopes. It is likely to destroy and become the landslides on the seismic behavior. Exploring and studying the dynamic response and stability evaluation of unstable slopes on seismic behavior in the region,not only can promote the development of related scientific theory,but also provide scientific guidance for reasonable planning area of human engineering activities,which has important theoretical significance and practical significance.Shangzhou is located in the southeast of Shaanxi,which is located in the Qinling mountain and there is much rain. Shangzhou is valley terraces and whose seismic fortification intensity is 7°.Combining the basic situation of study area,In the situation that there are few landslide and many instable slopes are existing in Shangzhou of Southern Shaanxi. To explore the slope stability on seismic behavior in Shangzhou,illustrating the main engineering geological conditions in Shangzhou,dividing the study area to slope unit based on ARCGIS software,using the MATLAB software for division unit to analyze slope one by one to extract slope shape,making the ANSYS slope model after field investigation,transforming ANSYS model to FLAC3 D model. To study the stability of each slope on the natural condition and seismic behavior,regarding that whether shear strain is well versed in and the size of displacement as the evidence that whether the slope is instability on seismic behavior,summing up the stability of the slope on seismic behavior and providing fast and accurate stability evaluation method for the area where many unstable slopes in.The work of paper mainly includes the following several aspects:1.Elucidating the concept and the main types of seismic landslide. With the research status of the slope seismic stability. Discussing the classification of the slope seismic stability evaluation methods. Making the brief review for research progress of the slope seismic stability evaluation methods,making a brief evaluation of the advantages and disadvantages of each method and pointing out that need to solve the problem.2.Introducing the basic situation in the studied area,and emphatically introduced the seismic geological conditions and engineering geological conditions. Elaborate the engineering geological characteristics in the study area.3.Dividing the slope units by ARCGIS software based on the figure of DEM in Shangzhou, including generation of positive reverse terrain depressions fill DEM,extraction of the flow direction,calculation of the confluence cumulant based on the flow direction,generation of the river network,generation of the catchment area,and so on. After artificial modify unreasonable unit,end up with several slope units. Analyzing the direction of slopes for the data of slope units by MATLAB,rendering profile combines with geological date and making the models for seismic stability analysis,and selected two typical slopes for instruction.4.Making the model for each slope according to the model size by ANSYS,meshing generation from the definition of unit properties,analysis the size of the grid and generate the grid,analyzing the seismic stability of the slopes by the plug-in whose name is ANSYS-FLAC3 D.5.Simulating slope seismic stability by FLAC3 D,discussing the selection of seismic waves, set of boundary conditions,setting of the damping,and so on. Simulating in two steps that simulating under the natural state and the dynamic response. Exploring the dynamic response characteristics from shear strain of the slope is whether well versed under the sea,the displacement of the slope in x direction and displacement of monitoring points.6.Simulating each slope by this method, drawing the figure of seismic hazard zoning,getting the information about seismic slopes stability of the region and make a conclusion.
