Chiller mentioned at this task is mainly used to control the injection molding for a better quality and faster speed. Furthermore, refrigeration technology also play a very important role at nuclear industrial、medicine industrial etc.But along with the CFC problem appearance and new requirement for good control accuracy the new style chiller with environmental protection cryogen has already become a problem which needs to be solved in recent years. One new style chiller according to this problem was designed based one PLC and HMI.Based on the analysis of traditional Chiller configuration shortcoming the throttle position was changed at the new Chiller and another electrical expansion valve was added to the system, Then PID and Fussy control PID program was designed to control this electrical expansion valve for a better accuracy, HMI program was designed for better communication between human and machine.The final data shows better accuracy under Fuzzy control PID Chiller. The accuracy was up to±0.1 degree C. And the friendly interface provides a future control optimization to achieve an optimized parameter.
