With the continuous development of scientific and constant technological revolution ofIndustrial production, the pollution of the environment is getting more and more serious,There will be many pollutants from human life, the most prominent pollution is waterpollution, if we emission the sewage without treatment, it will pollute a variety of water, thengive great harm to human health and natural environment, sewage treatment system canefficiently handle the bulk sewage, at present, it is the primary means of sewage treatment, inorder to improve the efficiency of sewage treatment, this paper using the automated controlsystem to control the sewage treatment system, in order to improve the efficiency ofmanagement and controlment in the sewage treatment system.This thesis first studied the types and treatment of sewage, then made a point of a wholesystem of city sewage three-level treatment which consisted of water system, sand system, theoxidation ditch system, precipitation system and sludge dewatering system, the paper studiedof various controllable parameters in Sewage treatment system and the present commonautomation controlment, selected the Siemens S7-200PLC automation control device appliedto the system, designed automation and control processes for the sewage treatment system,compiled the total manual program and frequency aeration manual control program2manualcontrol procedures,7automatic control subroutine are compiled including coarse/fine grid,upgrading pumping, aerated grit chamber, oxidation ditch aeration, all that are to achieve thepurpose of automatic controling the equipment in the sewage treatment system.This paper construct network communication system that S7-300as the master station,S7-200as the sub-station, information transmission rate of1.5Mbps between the master andsub-station, which based on the common profibus-dp communication solution, realized thenetwork communication between the PC and master station, master station and fivesub-stations, and realized the information transmission at the same time, kingview software isused to develop monitoring interface,12monitoring interface are designed including the startinterface, the device interface for monitoring, the alarm interface, reporting systems andhistorical trends, it performed real-time monitoring of the sewage treatment system equipmentoperating status, that achieve the goal of entire real-time automatic monitoring on the sewagetreatment system.
