In recent years, cement-based material properties andformability of research has been very mature, and its applications continue to expandand grow. The main contents of this paper is to cement base for rapid moldmanufacturing, production of cement-based rapid tooling, the mold is limited strength,not a substitute for high-strength steel mold, but it has easy to shape, rapid prototyping,low cost, Therefore, as the preform mold. But whether it’s strength had reached apre-mold strength requirements, which are the focus of this study. If it reaches apre-formed mold strength requirements, then it’s very good prospects, market economyis quite broad.This paper highlights include the following aspects:①stretch material selected to determine the tensile pieces of rough size,stretching process parameters (such as tensile strength parameters, the tensile modulusgap, etc.) and cement-based mold (upper and lower mold) size. Combined withorthogonal design drawing parameters to determine the final parameters of the mold.②According to the basic dimensions of cement-based mold, mold developedcement-based three-dimensional modeling, namely pouring cement base type box.Pouring cement-based three-frame of the development plan, elect the mold box withfeasibility.
