The Mine Main Ventilation Monitoring System is the indispensable equipment ofthe mine safety, shouldering the extraction of the dirty underground gas and thetransportation of fresh air to the underground mission. It operates safely and reliablywhich is related to the lives and safety of mine workers and monitoring personnel. Soit’s important to be added. In this paper, according to the application status of themain mine monitoring system,taking the king village mine and the granddaddy newmine as the background, the paper designs the main ventilation based on redundantPLC technology, and the monitoring system is based on the industrial Ethernetconfiguration software machine. The use of the PLC software redundancy in the mainfan monitoring system improves the reliability of the monitoring system.The controlling system experiences the period of the Field-bus control system,the distributed control system and the industrial Ethernet control system. according tothe characteristics and the scope of the various control systems,as the large volumesof the data which the mine main fan monitoring system processes and therequirements of the real-time high the facts, this article uses the PROFIBUS bus asthe media which transmits the data between the programmable controller and the fanmonitoring system, in accordance with the designing requirements of the fanmonitoring system, the monitoring system adopts the overall designing concept.In accordance with the technical requirements of production and the actualsituation of the king village mine, the monitoring system makes a reasonableassignment in the selection of a PLC hardware, including vibration,temperaturesensors, digital input and output modules, analog input and output modules,theselection and the designing of the man-machine interface, and the transferring of thedata between the programmable controller network structures,they are all detailed.thedescription of the image and the principles of standby PLC control system for datatransmission mechanisms are more in-depth study and Based on the designing,thecontrol system designs the machine stop wind down the program, the policeprocedures, the fan running time of the program as well as the analog conversionprocess, etc. and then the paper sets up a picture of the dynamic monitoring system,which can be as a redundant PC qualitative analysis.Finally, taking the king village mine as the instance of the application, thesolution to achieve redundancy is economical and appliable, combining the PLCredundancy and the fan monitoring system,through the analysis of the programmable controllers Real-time data exchanging and switching standby systems, understandingthat the fan monitoring system embedded PLC redundancy technology not only hasbeen further improved the reliability, but also in terms of energy saving has also beensignificantly improved. Currently, the system has been put into use in Mount-BirdMine, stably and reliably. Showing that the soft redundancy technology can be used inindustrial applications safety and reliability.
