The Online Monitoring System Construction For The Quality Of Raw Water

With the increasingly high requirement on the quality of the water in thewatertreatment plant in China, it is important to establish an online monitoring systemof water quality in the every department of water producing. It aims to master andcontrol the quality of the water immedicately when the pollution happens and in thisway we can prevent and solve some emergent polluted accident of water po llution.In order to satisfy the requirement of the variation of the water quality, an onlinemonitoring system of water quality has been build up in the Yixingfu raw water plant.It will provide the administrators the immediate information and let them make thedecision instantly and accurately.The construction of the project includes the system of feeding water, the systemof the water distributing, the system of instrumentation, the system of water ultrapure,the system of variable power distribution, the system of supplying and drainaging ofwater, automonitoring system, data acquisition and processing system and datatransmission system. By integrating, the project was designed as a whole and willmonitor the water quality normally and completely.The projection choose the place of station for representative and flow smoothlywithout dead area as the sampling point, then completion of the main buildingconstruction. The system of feeding water needs to build the sampling platform,sampling pipe and etc. The system of water distributing need to a RO ultrapure watersystem, sample pretreatment system, algae removal unit and etc..By analyzing, the instrument produced by HACH company was chosen. Theparameter of the water monitoring are temperature, pH, electro conductibility,turbidity, CODMn,chloride, total alkalinity, ammonia nitrogen, biological toxicityand realize the remote monitor and control the water quality by using the W&Rmonitoring software. After establishing the system, the function of water forcollecting, distributing, testing and etc. can be controlled by using the PLC system.And the data can be transmit ted to the central control center at any time. The centralcontrol center deals with the statistics inquiry edition and display and can check thehistorical data according to the requirement of the customers. Meanwhile, thechecking of the special data and the edition and stocking of the abnormal data alsocan be realized. It can reflect the real condition and the customers can lead out thedata of EXCEL based on the access authority, then make the evaluation of the waterquality.
