At present, because the problem of pipeline scaling is incresingly widespread, cleaning thepipeline is extremely urgent. The system of cleaning and descaling which is depended on activecyclone is proposed a new patent for pipeline cleaning. It uses high-pressure air that flowing in thecoil state, the tube wall erosion. All of them have improved cleaning efficiency, energy saving features.Not only for ordinary pipe cleaning, but also the elbow, pipe reducers, pipe vertical, small-diameterpipe for cleaning.To analysis the active cleaning effect of the cyclone pipe descaling system, I established anannular flow model of built-in spiral groove tube which uses high speed and pressure as the mediumand used FLUENT software in the numerical simulation of smooth tube and the built-in spiral groovetube, then used the grid independence to test the model grid. Simulation results showed the annularflow in built-in spiral groove tube presented complicated three-dimensional spiral flow, and smoothtube was a general linear flow. Under the same condition, the tangential velocity of built-in spiralgroove tube was more acute, but the tangential velocity of smooth tube was nearly zero, radialvelocity of built-in spiral groove tube was larger than smooth tube. Tangential and radial velocity ofbuilt-in spiral groove tube increaseed, the boundary layer abated, which is beneficial to increase thepipeline’s scouring force, so as to achieve the result of cleaning pipe. I also studied under the samecondition that the influence rule of the gas phase velocity field when choose the different spiralgroove and pitch, which provides a reference for active cyclone pipeline descaling system structuraloptimization.On the basis of gas phase flow field, I introduced a particle stochastic trajectory model, usingdiscrete phase by two phase coupling method to calculate the trajectories of particles. Simulationresults showed that after joining particle, it has a great influence on the gas phase flow filed. Afterloading particles of different mass flow rate and diameter, they had some influences on the gas phasevelocity field.
