China is the biggest country of producing coal in the world, but high-yield always goeswith the high accident rates. Statistics on the China’s coal mine’s production accidents indicatethat about80%of accidents are caused by unsafe behavior. Thereby, the research of factors ofminers’ unsafe behavior has an important significance for enhancing the level of controlaccident and preventing the coal miners’ unsafe behavior. The paper focuses on physiologicalfatigue factors and makes a study on the relationship between physiological fatigue and humanunsafe behavior. Following is the main contents.Firstly, this paper reviewed the concept, classification, factors, formation mechanism ofminers’ unsafe behavior analysis, elaborated the concept and formation process. It alsoanalyzed the influencing fatigue factors in the course of maners’s conduct, clearedphysiological changes during the formation of fatigue, and determined that galvanic skinresponse and heart rate variability would be indicators of physiological characteristics test.Secondly, the paper designed and built a self-behavior capacity assessment system undera fatigue simulation used the MindWare BioLab multichannel physiological instrument andsupporting physiological signal analysis system. By measuring the physiological index data ofheart rate and galvanic skin response in the process of generation and accumulation of fatigue,we found that change in heart rate was very significant and galvanic skin response (maximumGSR value) was a little significant in the generation process while very significant in theaccumulation process. It also calculated the specific security capacity value (f value) of eachexperimental subject in different fatigue; It analyzed and determined the physiologicalmeasurement of key indicators of the miners under fatigue, discussed the changes of miners’accumulated work fatigue from a physiological point and calculated miners’ workingphysiological fatigue. Finally, the paper analyzed the relationship between the relationship betweenphysiological fatigue and human unsafe behavior based on the linear regression model of the miners’ security capacity value and the working physiological fatigue. It also proposedcorresponding prevention and control measures to reduce the incidence of human unsafebehavior due to fatigue.
