Our country is the world’s largest coal-producing countries,China’s coal consumption is over 70% of the total disposable energy consumption,high output has been accompanied with a high accident rate.Coal mine accident deaths accounted is more than 80% of the total number of deaths in the country’s mining industry.The studies have shown that,in all the direct cause of the China’s coal mine accidents,human factors proportion is as high as 85% above.Due to human factors is a primary cause factors of coal mine accidents,so the accident of unsafe behavior and behavior control research is the key in the study of coal mine safety,but they are also China’s coal mine production safety in the field of the most prominent problem.This article is aimed at the influence factors of physiological fatigue,doing the experimental research about the miners physiological fatigue and unsafe behavior by the use of physiological parameters measurement method.The main contents are:First of all,this paper reviews the concept,classification and formation mechanism of the unsafe behavior of miners,and classifying miners’ unsafe behavior and risk assessment.This paper expounds the concept and the formation process of fatigue,and combining with the actual situation of coal mine in our country the miners’ unsafe behavior factors affecting fatigue is divided into physiological,psychological and environment,organization,management,lay the foundations for the miners’ unsafe behavior research.Secondly,according to the analysis of the miners’ unsafe behavior influence factor,we simulation the safe behavior ability of the miners in the noise environment.Using the imported MP150 guide more physiological instrument from United States,it includes magnified physiological signal amplifier,perceive the biological electrical signals of sensors and built-in Acknowledge computer software for data analysis.Through the comparison of the experiments,it can be found that the increase in fatigue can cause the heart rate,and heart rate variation in normal operation and operating noise change more obvious,heart rate and heart rate variation changes in different fatigue status So I calculate safety behavior ability(f value)of each experimenter inthe specific noise environment.Through the physiological instrument cabined Acknowledge software for signal processing,and then I analyzed and discussed the obtained experimental data.Through the analysis of the subjects,physiological indexes and physiological fatigue by multiple linear regression,it reveals the linear relationship between physiological indexes and physiological fatigue.Finally,according to the miners’ safety behavior ability work values and the measured results of physiological fatigue the article comes up with specific prevention and control measures aimed at the miners’ unsafe behavior by the integrated use of safety management,safety ergonomics,such as management system of coal mine safety behavior research theory and research method,what I do is for coal enterprises to understand the staff’s physical and mental state,in order to reduce the fatigue due to the employees and cause the occurrence of unsafe behavior... |
