While modern large-scale mining open-pit coal mine exploitation scale andstrength is increasing, the impact on the environment influence also has a tendency toincrease, the dust pollution of open-pit mine not only has a direct effect on workers’healthy, but also will increase the abrasion of equipment, even for mine surroundingatmosphere environment also can produce a certain degree of influence.Paper integrated use of open-pit mining principle, surface mining equipmentoperating principle and characteristics, the computational fluid dynamics analysismethods of numerical simulation, Fluent, analyzes the source of open-pit minestripping face dust, based on the classification of the physical properties of dustparticles of dust, respectively discusses the different types of dust sources; Discussesmechanism and characteristics of dust for the matching operation of the single bucketand trucks and the matching operation of single bucket and moving crusher, accordingto their own characteristics, arrangement and stripping analysis summarizes the abovetwo systems face each link of the characteristics of dust; To establish3D geologicalmodel of open pit, the establishment of open pit above atmospheric flow field model;Research based on Fluent open pit of big air flow field above the basic situation, suchas flow rate, pressure distribution, analysis and calculation the open-pit coal minestripping migration regularity of coal dust and distribution, based on different size andwind speed under the condition of dust diffusion simulation, get the basic migrationand distribution of different size dust, explores the dust of the main motion path,summarizes the different particle size distribution of dust transport and distribution,especially for large dust particles, especially study the migration and distributionunder different wind speed, provide theoretical basis for the open pit mine dustcontrol; Combining stripping mining equipment operation characteristics andregularity of dust, dust and dust removal measures are discussed.With PingShuo east open-pit mine as an example, establish the3D model and themodel for3D flow field in the coal mine, on the basis of the meteorological conditionand the geotechnical properties of the mine, choose mining area average wind speedand maximum wind speed in wind speed conditions, the experiment based on Fluentsoftware to simulate the migration regularity of stripping face different particle size ofdust, simulation experiment to choose the dust particles of1μm,30μm,100μm,represent the fine particulate matter, coarse particles and large particle size dust. Simulation results show that under the condition of the mining area of average windspeed,1μm dust’s diffusivity is good, the dust from the source point directly to themine from outside;30μm dust diffusivity, main migration path for wind along theworking face to spread, help to end after releasing to the pit;100μm dust diffusivityis poorer, mainly in the dust source point near the downwind settlement; Maximumwind speed conditions in mining area100μm dust main migration path for windalong the working face to spread, but most can’t dissipation to the pit. So, mu1μmand30μm dust may pollute the environment surrounding the mining area,100μmdust accumulation within the mine, through the dust-disturbance-up dustaccumulation, repeatedly concentration increased gradually, pollute mine internalenvironment.
