Research On NO_x Emission Reduction Project Schedule Management In W Power Plant

Project management is one of the major management techniques developed in the last century. Along with the progress of the society, the development of enterprises, some large foreign enterprises will be the first project management concept used in the product development, the turn of the century has been the rapid development of project management. But in the the power generation industry, the implementation of project management concept is still at the primary stage, although Part of power generation enterprises introduct some project management concept, but has not formed the model of project management.Based on the W power plant NOx emission reduction projects as an example, the article expounds the progress management of W power plant NOx emission reduction projects through the application of project management mode. In this paper, the W power NOx emission reduction projects are introduced. Then, the preparation of W power plant NOx emission reduction project schedule plan, through the use of project management theory, the W power NOx emission reduction projects are decomposed and the project structure estimation, on this basis, scheduling W power NOx emission reduction projects through the application of Microsoft Project software. Then, this paper describes the supervision of project progress plan construction process, and according to the project implementation schedule for the project schedule adjustment. At the same time, ensure project activities in accordance with the control plan. In the last part of the paper on the progress of the project management in the W power plant NOX emission reduction projects in the application is summarized, and the application of project management in power plant is discussed.
