| Low-carbon tourism is a new product under the background of low-carbon economy era,and the low-carbon tourism research is also a relatively new field. In this field, researchachievements made by scholars and experts at home and abroad are relatively few, most ofwhich are foreign achievements by quantitative research; and domestic achievements arequite few, mostly by qualitative research. This paper embarks from carbon emissions researchof the tourism scenic spot of Jinfo Mountain and constructs a low-carbon way of tourism.This paper consists of five main parts. In Chapter One, the author puts forward theresearch subject under the background of low-carbon economic model development andlow-carbon tourism response, meanwhile; the author explains the research purpose, researchcontents, research methods and technical route. Chapter Two is a part of research overview,in which the author analyzes and summarizes researches of low-carbon tourism at home andabroad. In Chapter Three, after introducing the general situation of Jinfo Mountain scenicspot, the author analyzes and summarizes the carbon-emission characteristics of thetransportation, hotel accommodations and tourists in that area, then the author puts forwardan ideal solution by reducing the carbon emissions there, which is used as the basis of studyon low-carbon way of tourism in Jinfo Mountain Area. In Chapter Four, the author explainsthe research on the low-carbon way of tourism in Jinfo Mountain scenic spot. In this part, theauthor firstly analyzes advantages for developing the low-carbon way tourism in JinFoMountain scenic spot, and then builds up the low-carbon way of tourism in that area.This low-carbon way of tourism development in Jinfo Mountain scenic spot mainlyincludes three parts: first, ideas and principles on this low carbon way of the tourismdevelopment; second,planning on the low-carbon way of tourism development; and third,implementation of the low carbon way of tourism development. For the implementationprocess, this paper puts forwards several ways, such as the government guidance, policysetting, technical supports, low-carbon development system construction in the tourismscenic spot, evaluation system establishment of low carbon tourism, low-carbon tourism demonstration base establishment, carbon taxes, carbon offsets, etc.At last, this paper discusses shortages of the research in this paper and the futurefollow-up studies on the low-carbon tourism. |
