The overall design principle of this study was to realize the whole process traceability and warning management of stocker cattle management and chilled fresh beef. It combined the Internet of things technology with beef stocker cattle management, and chilled fresh beef production technology, compiled the Standardization of the Project and Manipulate Practice, chose the tracing indicators, applied GS1-128bar code identification EPC ear tag code and product traceability code, used the network technology and database technology, in order to carry on the digitized reconstruction of the beef feedlot, slaughtering room, chilled fresh meat stores and transport vehicles, and to build the whole process of quality tracking system of cattle breeding and chilled fresh beef, which had the early warning function. The system was made up with7parts, which was the central management system, breeding management system, butchering management system, the chilled fresh meat producing management system, transportation and distribution management system, product sales management system, and the tracing and querying management system. And there were8modules under the system, which was procurement, breeding, immune, quarantine, slaughtering and aging, segmentation, packaging, marketing environment, marketing management. Now the system had practical applied in Inner Mongolia Mengyisa Food Company Limited.
