Currently heavy medium separation device has been limited to the following0.25mm, from technical economic point of view to measure,more than0.25mm grade coal is not necessary to enter the coal flotation repeat sorting. Therefore, the majority of coking coal preparation plant in our country which use dense medium cyclone technology can limit the flotation feed size down to0.25mm.In the coking coal preparation plant which use non-pressure feed three products dense medium cyclone, the clean coal slime sieve bend played a function of limiting the flotation feed size. This article researched the pneumatic striking sieve bend parameter optimization by the analysis of the flotation feed size and control equipment from different points of view, got the conclusion of the pneumatic striking sieve bend optimal striking interval time and pressure in Linxi coal preparation plant and most coal preparation plant.Used this to compared with Huainan Panyi combination sieve bend.The experimental research shows that taking into account the requirements of the final coal ash for Linxi coal preparation plant, the clean coal slime sieve bend optimal striking interval time is10s and optimal Striking pressure is0.1MPa when the specify size is0.125mmand the efficiency of screening increased by21.32%. For most coal preparation plant, the pneumatic striking sieve bend optimal striking interval time is4s and optimal striking pressure is0.3MPa when specifying the size of0.25mm and the effect of the process is better than without striking sieve bend sieve and combination sieve bend. The pneumatic striking sieve bend control the flotation feed upper size effectively and provide favorable conditions for flotation feed get effective separation in the flotation.
