With the expansion of the oil field production scale, energy consumption problem in theprocess of production increase, energy conservation and emissions reduction problemincreasingly prominent, these problems are in front of the oilfield production managementdepartment. How to effective energy saving efficiency of the evaluation and management ofoil field production, output, and how to improve the unit energy consumption has become apressing problem. To strengthen the monitoring of energy consumption of productionequipment, effective evaluation of energy-saving equipment, as well as to the first-lineproduction base of energy conservation supervision and administration, for the enterprisedecision-makers on the macroscopic analysis to master the situation of the energy saving thework carries out, realize the oil field of energy saving management informatizationconstruction, establish oilfield production system performance evaluation of energy savingmanagement platform and to evaluate production unit of comprehensive performancemanagement of energy saving is very necessary.Thesis first introduces the background and significance of research, analyses the energyconsumption in the process of oilfield production performance evaluation method of the statusquo at home and abroad. Second, thesis analysis the energy consumption of crude oilproduction system of several major technology system. At the same time, thesis uses themachine system of pumping unit, the ground water injection system and gathering system ofpump unit equipment as examples to use and analysis. Some parameters, calculation formulaand monitoring standards are given. After then, the thesis expounds the construction of indexsystem of overall technical ideas, consideration and principle. This thesis introduces the indexsystem establishment and the theory basis of benchmark based on clustering analysis anddynamic DEA model to construct the oilfields a production plant production system energysaving management performance evaluation index system, index weights and assign pointsscheme is designed. Again, thesis designed the oilfield production energy-saving managementdatabase system and data interface. Finally, made the design and implement of themanagement platform which is used for energy conservation and performance evaluation inoil field production.The platform is based on the unified authority, role and user management framework,supporting importing the existing oil field production data, realizing the basic datamaintenance and energy saving for oilfield production audit, the index data maintenance,check and calculate, at all levels of data query and transverse, longitudinal and comprehensiveperformance evaluation of ranking, etc.In this thesis, the development of performance evaluation of energy saving managementplatform in oil field production system has been in a production plant commissioning, runningeffect is very good, to verify the correctness and feasibility of the method, the performance ofeach unit of energy saving management for horizontal, vertical and comprehensive evaluation,an objective and effective performance evaluation results, for the management to fine management, and evaluation decision provides the basis.
