In recent years,many domestic oilfields have entered the middle and late stages of development,and the water content of the recovery fluid has increased,leading to the increasingly prominent contradiction of high energy consumption and low efficiency of the oilfield surface production system.Therefore,it is important to establish a set of scientific,quantitative and efficient performance evaluation system for energy saving management in combination with oilfield processes to promote oilfield enterprises to find the weak links in the production chain,propose reasonable and effective energy-saving technical improvement measures and improve energy efficiency.In this thesis,a surface production system of a peripheral oil production plant in an oil field was taked as the research object,the energy balance models of the corresponding key links of crude oil gathering and transmission system,water injection system and water treatment system were established,and more than 20 energy consumption calculation indexes such as ton of liquid electricity consumption and ton of liquid gas consumption of dewatering station were given.Based on the analysis of the actual process production characteristics of the oil production plant,the performance evaluation indexes are screened using the expert consultation method for the key energy-using links,and the performance evaluation index system of the oilfield ground production system is established in a hierarchical manner,including comprehensive performance,relative performance and vertical performance.Based on the combined assignment method and data envelopment method(DEA),the energy saving management performance evaluation model was established,and the hierarchical analysis method was used to determine the subjective weights and the entropy weighting method to determine the objective weights to achieve the organic combination of subjective and objective.The evaluation model enables horizontal comparison of performance between different operation areas,and production systems,as well as vertical comparison of current and past performance of the evaluated objects,reflecting both the level of process operation and the good and bad management effects.JAVA language is used to develop the"Oilfield Ground Production System Energy Saving Performance Evaluation Platform"based on B/S model.The platform adopts open source microservice Nacos architecture,and the main functional modules include index system management,basic data,performance evaluation,efficient operation management of pumps,efficient operation management of heaters,comprehensive performance query,and system management.Through the established oilfield ground production and operation database,it can realize functions such as energy efficiency analysis and diagnosis of pump units,energy efficiency analysis and diagnosis of heating furnaces,and performance evaluation of operation areas,and formulate corresponding improvement technology measures to realize the organic combination of energy-saving technology and management.The platform was used to evaluate the energy-saving management performance of the surface system of a peripheral oil production plant in an oil field,giving the performance scores of different operation areas and production systems,and at the same time comparing and analyzing the relative performance evaluation results of each operation area,giving the corresponding energy-saving technical improvement measures,and optimizing the production process operation parameters for the operation areas with lower performance.After the comprehensive improvement,the oil production plant saves about 283×10~4 k W·h of electricity and 379×10~4 m~3 of gas per year,and it is expected to save about 8.68 million yuan of operation cost per year,which is a significant effect of energy-saving performance.
