| According to the theory of expert system theory of expert system and from the needs of the technology development of friction welding, this paper proposes the necessity and practicability of welding expert system to achieve the information resource sharing on friction welding field. Since the establishment of the expert system of case base welding requires a large amount of data, this paper presents a great number of welding parameters on the performance of the expert system database properties of friction materials, process parameters, gives the suggestion to better lay the foundation the inference engine.Combining the characteristics of welding expert system and comparing the advantages of software itself, decided to use Access as the database system to develop expert system and use VB6.0as the software development tools.According to the composition of welding expert system, divide the system into the landing module, user and administrator module, knowledge base management module and the inference engine module. The landing module is used to identify the user login, and is the only way for users to enter the system. In the user and administrator operation module, user and administrator have different powers and operate with different contents for system according to the system identification status. The users can query welding parameters through input the material parameters and administrator has the function of managing system in addition to query. Knowledge base management module have given the various data sources which are needed to establish the expert system and the way to store date. What’s more, the reasoning machine module achieve three functions-query reasoning based on case database, reasoning by expert experience database and fitting reasoning. This module always has the self learning to make the expert system develop with the progress of welding. At last,select35CrMo and35Ni4Cr2MoA material, the welding expert system will give optimal parameters and friction welding machine.Use this to test and get weld mechanical properties to evaluate the expert system. |
