With the development of our country’s coal industry, coal mining technology andmining method are constantly updated, coal mining mechanization level also constantlyimprove, and the speed of rock drivage is still stuck in the lower levels, make themining to replace common nervous. Mining area in the south flank of the belt transportlane based on xue village as the research object, using the numerical calculation andfield test and theoretical analysis method to study and formulate the quick rock roadwaydrivage optimization design, through the industrial experiment shows the validity andfeasibility of the scheme.In this paper, on the basis of analyzing the previous research results, fromconstruction technology, the equipment selection, the geological conditions andconstruction organization and management of quick rock construction are analyzed andsummarized, and on this basis to realize the high efficient rock drivage constructionpractical technical measures are put forward. In practice application, carried on theconcrete technology research, mainly including: the quick rock drivage of equipmentselection, equipment selection and the choice of supporting facilities are the mainfactors affecting the quick rock drivage, in this paper, we will optimize the differentfacilities analysis, finally comprehensive selection; After the equipment type selection,the machinery and equipment, analyzing how to realize the rapid advance of horizon,supporting optimization, broken rock best efficiency analysis; Roadway dust removal,rock drivage, produce large amounts of rock dust, seriously affected the rapid mineroadway excavation and the health of workers, in this paper, the rock drivage dedustingequipment was improved, reducing drivage of dust, thus improve the rock drivage speed;Optimization of operation, in the process of rock drivage, different ways of operationhas a great effect on driving speed, looking for the right practices will greatly increasethe speed of rock drivage.Implementation results show that the rock drivage of equipment type selection andthe selection of supporting facilities, strata horizon of rational selection andoptimization design, the roadway support mode, effectively remove dust, optimizationof operation, can realize the efficient quick rock drivage.
