Due to temperature changes and growth and decline of the internal force andexternal force in various process, Metal material is bent or twisted. The deformationaffects parts assembly process, then affects the normal operation of the wholemechanical equipment. In order to control the deformation within the scope of thenecessary precision, people around the world modify the error by the straighteningtechnology. Straightening techniques include straightening technology andstraightening equipment, of which, the servo motor as the most importantstraightening equipment, affects the straightening accuracy and efficiency ofstraightening of straightening machine.This paper makes a research of precise CNC straightening machine, mainly inthe field of servo motor control strategies and control mode, that related to the precisestraightening accuracy and efficiency of straightening straightening machine.First, studies the straightening technology and straightening equipment aroundthe world, this paper discusses the error of the servo motor in the existingstraightening device. Based on different control demands, studies the traditionalcontrol strategy、the modern control strategies and so on, analyses the influence onac servo control system. Studying three loop of the servo motor is studied, and basedon dynamic equation of three-phase permanent magnet synchronous servo motor,discusses the effects of control strategy in each loop and comparing the advantagesand disadvantages of each loop control.Secondly, based on the Galil motion control technology, mainly studies thetorque instructions and position instructions in the mode of torque of the C/D axis,analyses the influence of different control instruction, and studies the positioninstructions of B axis in the position mode, establishes a single-step operationinstruction system of B and C/D axis.Then, after finishing every single axis, experiences the multiaxial axis step bystep, analyses the efficiency and straightening straightening accuracy of the wholesystem. Studies the factors that influence the efficiency of the precise straightening machine, guarantees the reliability of straightening chuck and high efficiency.Studies a trapezoidal speed curve which is suitable for the straightening spanprecision in this project and establishes the straightening span instruction system.Finally, based on VC++language environment, studies the communicationbetween the Galil movement control system and VC software, establishes the VCinterface of man-machine control, completes the uniaxial and multiaxial sequentialdebugging, accomplish the automatic control and interrupt response functions ofprecise straightening machine, obtains the optimal straightening accuracy andefficiency of straightening.
