| It is difficult to debug the resistance welding monitoringsystem because resistance welding time is short and parameters repeatability ofeach welding procedure is poor. In order to shorten the debugging period ofresistance welding monitoring system this paper developed a distributed resistancewelding process debugging platform, which takes PC as management platform,double ARM MCU board as the control core, and Ethernet as communicationmethod.First of all, based on the principle of single-phase alternating current powerfrequency resistance welding machine, the mathematics formula model isestablished, which is about single-phase alternating current power frequencyresistance welding machine’s network voltage, welding voltage, welding current,and secondary current’s differential signal. And in the same way through theanalysis of the principle of intermediate frequency inverter resistance weldingmachine, the mathematics model is also established, which is about theintermediate frequency inverter resistance welding machine’s welding voltage,welding current and the secondary current’s differential signal.Secondly, the principal computer management programs and Ethernetcommunication programs are written by using the software of Labview, whilesingle-chip microcomputer control programs and communication programs arewritten by using C language.The debugging results show that the developed debugging platform can notonly calculate and generate a variety of instantaneous signal waveform datumquickly and accurately in PC, but also display and observe the signal datatransmitted from the slave computer in real time. It is also able to satisfy thedebugging requirement of the resistance welding process monitoring system andmeet different resistance welding control system debugging requirements withoutsignificant change of circumstances, which shortens the resistance welding controlsystem debugging period greatly and creates favorable conditions for batchproduction of resistance welding control system. |
