Aniline is a kind of significant chemical raw material, which is used in pharmaceutical and rubber vulcanization accelerator. It can also be used for the production of resins and coatings. Aniline and its composites can be seen in different fields in industry and agriculture, and even in people’s everyday life, which is harmful to people’s health both in the direct and indirect way. Bioremediation can speed up the natural biodegradation rate by optimizing the environmental factors. In addition, it is a kind of proficient, inexpensive and environmental clean technology. In the north part of China, the winter time can last for nearly half a year, and the lowest temperature can reach-30℃.The natural metabolic mechanism of low-temperature microbes permits them to raise and metabolize at low temperatures. As a result, the function of low-temperature microbial is important to the treatment of environmental pollutants in cold areas. Much work has been done to promote the efficiency of aniline elimination with natural microorganisms and to utilize its result on aniline wastewater treatment in low temperature in the thesis.The strain YX-5which is selected from jihua sludge in low temperature can be grown in solitary carbon and nitrogen sour.
