The Research On Constant Voltage And Constant Frequency Device Of Drilling Energy Saving Generator

In the past the energy generator of the drilling platform has played a very large role inenergy conservation.But with the deepening of the drilling depth and the increasing drillingconditions complexity,resulting the quality of the drilling energy saving generator’declination,sometimes there will be less power and lessaccident voltage protection,stoping thework of well team.Now a large number of energy saving generators are in a disabledstate.Therefore,if we can come up with one solution that enhances the quelity of energysaving generators,we can reuse a large number of energy saving generators,and the well teamcan save a lot of drilling overhead. Aim to deal with this problem,we use modified constantvoltage and constant frequency device to generarate electricity of energy generators,usingsuper capacitor to compensate energy when the energy saving generators due to power usingmodified constant voltage and constant frequency device.1. Acrossing relevanting literature to find solutions that can solve the problem of energygenerarors’ power generation quality,and analyze the advantages and disadvantages of thesemethods,on this basis,compareing with the method used in this article,analyzing the feasibilityof this method on the theory.2. Analysising the main circuit structure and control theory of constant voltage andconstant frequency device,anslysising the pros and cons of different control algorithms,andaccording these to select the appropriate constant voltage and constant frequency device.3. According to the data given by the drilling team,calculating the supply of power,inorder to calculate the capacity of the super capacitor,and designing the new super capacitorcircuit.4. Test the device that has been modifide in the drilling crew,observeing whether the devicecan work well,stable the generator voltage and improvie the quality of power generation.
