As gradually rising of the criteria for energy efficiency, a more intelligent andefficient control system plays an increasingly important role, in the meantime, cementindustry has focused its development on enterprise architecture adjustment, the keypoint of its development is beyond process optimization but also informationmanagement. How to undertake the integrated management of equipments as well asrealize the automation and informatization of cement industry by less energy inputand optimization solutions is the key point of research. In recent years, the plant’sentire production process has been covered by Fieldbus Control System based onfieldbus technology and IT. FCS(Fieldbus Control System)based on fieldbustechnology, digital intelligent device and information technology is becoming thehotspot and mainstream in the field of internationally automatic control system.Along with the deep use of TIA(Totally Integrated Automation)technology in FCS,industrial automation field will gain a farther development at very fast speed, TIA isthe trend of future automation.This paper researched on the design of automation control system based on TIAaccording to the application of a5000t/d NSP cement production line in Russia.Siemens SIMATIC PCS7based on TIA use the standard hardware and the softwarewhich selected by TIA, its unified data management, communication andconfiguration functions provide a superior automation solution for process industry.This paper comprehensively introduced TIA and current situation of research on TIA:Analyzed characteristics and requirements of process control system according toNSP cement process technology, present main process control automation technology,such as C/S, fieldbus and OPC technology. Designed the control system of NSPproduction line with basic theory and practical methods of TIA, building a three-layernetwork consisted of scene layer, supervising layer and management layer, realizingportrait and landscape orientation integration of data with PCS7component, profibusand profinet. Programming flexibly with CFC function blocks and STL to controlequipments, using WinCC achieve unified data management, building productiondata report system based on WinCC OLEDB and VBA. Aiming at key technique of kiln system and cooling fan, reasonably choosing control strategy to realize theoptimization control of kiln system.
