Design Of Constant Current Power Supply For Electric Heat Tracing System Of Oil Pipeline

Electric heat tracing products can be widely used in oil pipelines, paper pulpproduction, fire protection system, transmission station, liquid storage, water pump andother fields. Electric heating products is the most effective and advanced method tomaintain the production temperature. In the work process of the electric tracing band,because of the constant voltage, current is too large to damage the electric tracing tropical.In this paper, we put forward a solution of constant current power supply with adjustablepressure.In this paper, on the background of the oil pipeline of the electric heat tracing system,we design constant current power supply based on the three-phase AC voltage regulatorwith chop control circuit. Firstly, according to the change of electric heat tracing systemnamely in tropical length of the electric resistance change and requirement, the currentneed to be unchanged, we present a regulating circuit of current transformer in the closedloop. Secondly, according to the actual system of three-phase alternating current worksituation, through comparison of different voltage regulating scheme, we determine thesolution of the three-phase AC voltage regulating circuit, and we make a systemsimulation; finally, we design he software and hardware of the whole system. We test thesystem and analyze the results.In this paper, the solution of the constant current source three-phase AC voltageregulator is simple, low cost, and it has good prospects for development. When the loadresistor changes, the control effect of constant current is achieved. The design solves theproblem that when the electric current change tropical changes in length in the actualsystem. It effectively protects the electric tracing band, ensures the normal work of thesystem, and significantly increased the economic efficiency of enterprises.
