| This paper introduces a test method of measuring the combustion velocity ofpyrotechnics, selected a representative gas generator as the experimental pyrotechnics.Through experimental designed, successful tested the combustion velocity of pyrotechnicstrip and power with target line test method. Through data analysis, obtained the pressureindex and empirical formula.(1) According to the special requirements of combustion velocity test of pyrotechnicstrip, designed a set of mold. Based on the characteristics of pyrotechnic powder, and thegood insulation and flame resistance of quartz glass, designed a container for pyrotechnicpowder combustion velocity test.(2) Studied the effects of using different coating materials for pyrotechnic strip test.Designed three experiments, which are combustion contrast at air conditions, the roughcomparison of combustion velocity, and the drilling experiments. Used these threeexperiments selected coating materials for pyrotechnic strip from five options.(3) Studied the influence of different target line for the test. Combined withpyrotechnics its own combustion characteristics, analysis and comparison of four differentmaterials target line. Eventually selected nickel wire (φ0.3mm) as ignition line, selectedfuse of lead-antimony alloy (φ0.5mm) as target line.(4) Modified the frock after analyzing the difficulties of pyrotechnic combustionvelocity test. Successfully solved the problem of test fail because the flame conductive, theresidues conductive and sample accidental drops. Greatly improves the success rate of thetest.(5) Analyzed the data after excluded abnormal data in human judgment and T-test.Obtained empirical formula and pressure index of this pyrotechnic with least squaresmethod. Confirmed by the data, the experiment designed in this paper can be well appliedto pyrotechnic. |
