The project we discussed in this paper is in accordance with the needs of our national energy security strategy and meets the needs of the development of local economy. In addition, it also is in line with national industrial policies and the development planning.This project adopts the modem new technology and new equipment, closely combined with the specific conditions in mines. Its equipment specification is reasonable and matching in order to build a low input, high efficiency, high benefit of modern open-pit coal mine.After the completion of the project, it will paly an important role in promoting local economic and social development, improving the local people’s living standards, strengthening national unity and constructing a harmonious socialist society.In this paper, firstly, it makes a brief introduction of the project evaluation’s research background, the significance of the project and points out the importance of the construction of the project. Subsequently, a detailed market analysis of the project is made, including supply and demand analysis, product competitiveness and price analysis, etc. And then, in chapter four, it introduces the research plan of the project from different aspects. Finally, in chapter five, financial analysis is carried out which consists of the investment budget of engineering construction, the construction fund using plan, financing and corporate financial evaluation, etc. All the analysis shows that this project has good development prospects, it will be carried out smoothly and achieve the desired economic effect and social benefit under the active participation of all social parties.
