Centrifugals are widely used in oil drilling and separation as oil field drilling and solid-liquid separation of a class of important devices. Technology frequency conversion control and frequency conversion equipment are applied to the series of centrifuge equipment gradually with the development of frequency conversion technology. Centrifuge with an electric motor and belt drive, or a frequency converter motor (control) and eddy current controller to control the transmission of main and auxiliary machinery with problems, differential speed control strategy can directly affect the separation effect of centrifuge and the recovery rate of waste liquid. In the process of drilling, if the well liquid separation effect is poor and low recovery efficiency will lead to a large number of oil well liquid erosion and water pollution. Centrifuge double frequency conversion motor with frequency conversion energy conservation problems still exist at the same time. Separation of oil liquid centrifuge generally work in explosive gas environment, frequency converter need necessary to meet its electric explosion-proof explosion-proof design performance.The paper designs a a kind of differential control strategy in order to improve the separation efficiency and the recovery rate of waste liquid for the problems of the oil field drilling and solid-liquid separation of centrifuge.Explosion-proof variable frequency control system of centrifugal unit are studied, the common dc bus power supply technology, with high performance DSP control chip TMS320F28335as control core of frequency conversion, the original single variable frequency energy saving or double frequency conversion based on energy conservation, to connect auxiliary inverter on the host to the bus terminal of the inverter, common use of a set of rectifier. Through dc bus power supply, this not only improved the network side rectifier current waveform, reduce the harmonic pollution to power network, improve the power factor, and also reduces the capacity of the network side of the transformer. For the separation of oil liquid centrifuge, the inverter for the flameproof design to meet the electrical explosion proof performance. Heat pipe radiator for explosion-proof, change the traditional way of using uniform distribution method of heat sink, according to the image of power device position of heat sink is optimized layout, improve the efficiency of the heat dissipation. At the same time, the touch screen based on PLC and configuration design of electronic control system, overall separation effect is raised, the total bus performance requirements of the energy efficiency and increase the cooling efficiency.
