Recent years, fruit juice processing industry has made significant development, a large number of advanced processing technologies have been adopted.Concentrated fruit juice industry has developed to scale,international,high-level scientific.However,concentrated fruit juice production produces large wast water,high energy consumption,so it is essential to research and develop fruit juice cleaner production technologies.Cleaner Production emphasizes on pollution prevention from source rather than end-of-pipe control, and focuses on environmental improvement with economic benefits to industry.CP implementation can not only avoid following the similar and disastrous steps of the developed countries resulted from "Pllution First and Control Afterwards" strategy, but also achieve the integration of environmental and economic benefits by enabling the enterprises to adopt and pursue pollution prevention actively.The main contents are as follows:(1)The basic concept and content of cleaner production and cleaner production audit. It also points out that the CP is the inevitably choice of concentrated fruit juice profession sustainable development.(2)Surveying and analysing concentrated fruit juice industry of the production process and pollutant emissions.And identificating concentrated fruit juice industry sewage nodes, analysiing cleaner production potential and barriers.Determine the clean production evaluation.(3)A typical case is selected for its CP audit.21specific CP programmes are brought forward from eight aspects such as raw and auxiliary materials and energy, technology, process control, equipment, products, management, wastes and employees.The specific data from this enterprise illustrates that CP achieves saving energy, reducing consumption and improving efficiency as the goal. After the full implementation of all programs, the annual savings of electricity approximately215,000kWh, annual savings of water39,600t,57,000t waste reduction, the direct economic benefit to annual savings of about481,800yuan, fully embodies the cleaner production activities to the enterprise enormous benefits.
