China's annual total castings rank first in the world,but most of them are small-scale enterprises,which are seriously backward in terms of process equipment,technology and management.Environmental problems of high energy consumption,high material loss and high pollution are urgently needed to be solved.The National 13th Five-Year Environmental Plan clearly puts forward the goal of green casting and building a strong country.Carrying out cleaner production can improve resource utilization efficiency,reduce pollution,protect and improve the environment,and protect human health.Therefore,it is necessary for foundry companies to implement cleaner production.The paper expounds the research status of the clean production of foundry enterprises and the concept and method of clean production audit.The research analyzed the environmental problems of the general process in the foundry industry in terms of waste gas,waste water and solid waste.I found that there is great potential for clean production,and explored the application of greenhouse gas emission accounting methods in clean production audits.The clean production work for emission reduction provides a reference and basis.Taking a foundry company as a case study,it is based on the tenet of "energy saving,consumption reduction,emission reduction,and efficiency improvement".Incorporating greenhouse gas factors into the audit and combining life cycle assessment methods,attempts to re-architect the indicator system for cleaner production in the foundry industry.Through enterprise material balance analysis,the energy consumption and material consumption level of the whole process of casting production,as well as the pollution and sewage discharge of various links,accounting for greenhouse gas emissions of CO2,and determining energy and raw material consumption as the focus of clean audit.Proposed and implemented 17 clean production audit programs,including 15 no/low fees and 2 medium/high fee programs,with a total investment of 4,962,200 yuan,annual energy saving of 3.69 million kWh,annual electricity saving of 2.577 million yuan,saving materials 1.05t,saving material costs 25,000 yuan;reducing waste production by 2.46 tons and CO2 emissions by 805.42 tons,bringing significant benefits to enterprises.Through the combination of greenhouse gas nuclear algorithm and life cycle method,the foundry enterprise is cleanly produced,and the methods suitable for aluminum casting and related fields are obtained,the carbon emission reduction is promoted in the foundry enterprises.
