Brewery industry is an important sector in the development of economy.However,its high emission of waste water with high content of organics and high energy-consuming becomes a barrier to the development of enterprises.Cleaner production finds out a conjunction point of economic development and environmental protection.Cleaner production,which is the only way for the sustainable development of brewery enterprise,highlights on improvement of energy efficiency and the reduction of pollutions from the source,so as to gain a win-win status in both environment and economy.Cleaner production is the only way to sustanable development for brewery industry.This disquisition concludes the status quo of brewery industry in nation-wide,and explains the fact of our laggard domestic cleaner production position in brewery enterprise,and points out the problems on water-saving,energy-saving.Finanly,giving some feasible measure accordingly.The details are as follows:●The analysis pointed that the reason of low positivity to implement cleaner production.That is low ability in environmental protection law enforcement,the lack of relevent regulations on tax and unreseasonable resource fee and pollution emmission fee.That's for one thing.For another thing,the scheme of the cleaner production is limited to some company.That is because less stress on material b(?)lance and reasons of waste production.Finally,bad sustainability to implement the cleaner production in brewery enterprise.The reason is the lack of new information and techenic support to the cleaner production on brewery industry,low ability to promoting it.●On the basis of the traditional measures and combined the real cases,recovery of the condebsation water from the steam of bottle washing machine and strengthen the manangement are both good way for saving energy.●On the basis of the analysis and many cases,I bring forward some energy-saving ways as follows:reuse of the pot-cleaning water,reuse of alkali wastewater from bottle washing machine,reuse outlet that generate from vacuum pump to sterilization machine,the reuse of overfall from preimpregnated bottle washing machine,jetting wastewater reuse and recycling of overfall from sterilization machine.●The analysis of the brewery industry cleaner production in Shandong shows that: totally 65 cleaner production project were raised and 57 have been implemented, during which there are 50 none/low-priced projects and 7 medium/high-priced projects.RMB4.552 million were invested in all and the emission of waste water were reduced by 198 thousand tons,560 thousand degrees electric and 791.1 tons coal were saved,amounted to a benefit of RMB 2.7219 million.The emission of waste water has been reduced by 19.8tons,reduction ratio 50%;COD emission has been reduced by 98tons,reduction ratio 82%and SO2 by 6.2tons,ratio 27%.By this auditing,we reach the aim of saving energy,decreasing expense,reducing pollution and improving efficiency and realize the expected cleaner production goal.By the time that the 65 projects all carried out,the anticipated total invest will be about RMB5.5 million with annual benefits of RMB3.265 million,and waste water emission can be reduced by 210.7 thousand tons and COD can be reduced by 100.5tons.To sum-up,several measures are proposed to ensure a successful implementation of cleaner production projects for brewery enterprises,i.e.intensive promotion to gain the support from leaders and shoot for an all-participation;seek the cleaner production projects in more extensive ways and attach importance to the material balance and analysis on the causes of wastes;improve the simulating system for cleaner production and carry out a sustaining auditing on it.
