A company in Jiangxi province mainly produce Chinese and western medicinepreparations, The main products are cherish bright eye drops, triamcinoloneacetonide nasal spray, summer without eye drops and ofloxacin eye drops, the solidtablet and so on, In the procession of producing will discharge a part of sewage water.Waste water mainly produced by the equipment on the production line,facilities,ground wash wastewater and production of solid pill wastewater,in addition sewagefrom people in the factory. This kind of wastewater is focused on DuiSha fungusmedicine (that is, the antibiotic medicines) wastewater pretreatment, avoidsterilization drugs of biochemical sludge of wastewater treatment system has thelarger damage and kill action. the process including pretreatment, hydrolysisacidification phase, contact oxidation and sand filtration phases, the process has highprocessing efficiency and stable operation and low cost advantages.In this paper, research on the process was studied, the results show that:(1)Micro electrolysis-hydrolysis acidification-biological contact oxidation-sand filter processing system of high processing efficiency, system CODconcentration of water is1200mg/L, the COD removal rate reached92.5%, theeffluent COD concentration of90.3mg/L, BOD concentration of water is216mg/L,removal efficiency of94.0%, the water concentration in13mg/L, waterconcentrations of SS is350mg/L, removal rate reached96%, effluent SSconcentration in14mg/L, effluent water quality reaches pharmaceutical industrialwater pollution discharge standards of Chinese medicines,(2)Coagulation process show that the optimal dosing quantity of PAM is2mg/L, and slow rapid stirring time30s and10min, respectively, the settling time of15min; Effects of PAC is the best conditions of pH of7~8, the optimal dosingquantity of240mg/L;(3)On hydrolysis acidification pool and the debugging of the biologicalcontact oxidation pond can be concluded that influence the efficiency of the operation parameters, including pH control in7.0or so, MLSS control at about4.7g/L,dissolved oxygen concentration control at about5~7mg/L;(4)The company’s200m3/d sewage treatment scale, can realize the CODcr,2185t/a.
