There are many toxic substances in waste drilling fluid, which would cause severe harms to environment and ecology if it is directly drained outside, so it is imporant and meaningful to carry out no-harmful treatment and disposal to waste drilling fluid. This article based on current domestic and outbound research status of handling waste drilling fulid, the different ingredients of waste drilling fluid among different ChangQing blocks and big deviation property of waste drilling fluid, through water analysis of waste fluid, set out from breaking Flocculent gel and solidification technology, Conducted breaking gel agent, breaking gel assistant agent and decolourized agent selection and research, set up wellsite operational treatment technology. According to on-site sample test, waste fluid after intensifed breaking gel and aided solidification by physical and chemical ways can obtain a better effect to separate fluid from solid. And the solid phase can coagulate together which is easy to treat and fill back, the sewage separated after decolourized treat by adding chemical additives can become clean water.Through20wells’waste drilling fluid lab research in gas factory No.3, it puts forward feasible no-harmful treatment and disposal ways to waste drilling fluid. Research shows:adopt agent and acid to break flocculent gel, then subside the coagulation till seperationg the solid and fluid have a good effect.;the lower solid phase get landfill ed and the top fluid phase get decolorized and tensify oxydized, which satisfy the grade2standard of GB8978-1996《general standard of Sewage releasing》...
