In this dissertation,the natural plant konjac gum and apple peel were used as the polymer flocculant,and compared with the traditional synthetic polymer flocculant polyacrylamide?PAM?,with different flocculant?PAC,polymerized ferric sulfate,etc.?To the waste water-based drilling fluid,the curing treatment was adopted,and the flocculation effect was evaluated by the volume of centrifuged liquid,light transmittance,COD value and floc size after flocculation.Epichlorohydrin polymers with a strong positive charge and high molecular weight,waste water-based drilling fluid treatment at the same time with the role of electrical bridging and adsorption,so in the laboratory,the epoxy chlorine propane and diethylamine,diethanolamine synthesis of a new type of cationic polymer were used as flocculant,according to the different concentrations of sodium oleate added to the synthesis,were named DES0-0,DES0-1,DES0-2,DES0-3,the use of infrared spectroscopy,nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy,projection electron microscopy and other analytical instruments on the structure of epichlorohydrin amine,abandoned drilling fluid in the aggregation state and apparent morphology were studied to determine the structure of the product.The results show that quaternary ammonium salt cationic polymers have been formed.The resulting polymer was then added to the drilling fluid base slurry for flocculation test evaluation.The following conclusions were obtained through laboratory experiments:?1?The experimental results show that the optimal flocculation environment of the flocculants used in the treatment of waste water-based drilling fluid in Xinjiang Oilfield is acidic environment with pH=5.When the mass fraction of polyacrylamide?relative molecular mass of 12 million?is 0.08‰,the mass fraction of aluminum?GB 30%,spray type,drinking water level?was 0.167%,the COD removal efficiency of the centrifugal supernatant after flocculation was 66.3%.?2?Compared with polyacrylamide,the konjac gum has poor flocculation effect on waste water-based drilling fluid.When konjac gum is 0.21‰,polyaluminum chloride?30%Spray-type,drinking water level?mass fraction of 0.171%,after the completion of the flocculation centrifugal removal of COD was 63.0%.?3?The plant phenolic compounds contained in apple peel have active functional groups such as hydroxyl group,carboxyl group and carbonyl group,which can be used as flocculants in the disposal of waste drilling fluid due to some decentralization,adhesion and chelation.The experiment uses the flocculant by using apple or apple powder and organic flocculant PAM,PAC;the inorganic flocculant ferric chloride,aluminum trichloride,calcium oxide or both to obtain the flocculant,And waste drilling fluid,after curing centrifugation,the supernatant light transmittance will increase,the turbidity value will be reduced,the floc size will be increased.When the flocculant is used in the optimal mixing ratio of base pulp,the flocculation effect is better and the floc size diameter is larger when PAM:aluminum trichloride:apple pulp?1:10:10?The best compounding ratio of waste water-based drilling fluid and flocculant is:PAM:calcium oxide:apple pulp?1:100:100?,the flocculation effect is better.?4?By adding different mass fraction to the drilling fluid base slurry,we found:a,when the optimal flocculation pH=6,PAM=70ppm,DES0-1=0.7%The floc size of the floc size up to 463.5?m;b,when the optimal flocculation pH=7,PAM=70ppm,DES0-2=0.8%,after centrifugation,the volume and permeability of the clear liquid larger,Floc size of the largest diameter of up to 489.4?m;c,when the best flocculation pH=8,PAM=70ppm,DES0-0=0.3%,after centrifugation,the volume and permeability of the clear liquid larger floc particle size diameter D,when the best flocculation pH=11,PAM=70ppm,DES0-3=0.3%,the volume and permeability of the supernatant after centrifugation is larger,the floc size of the largest diameter up to 489.1?m.
