One or some additives were often needed to join to improve the specific properties oflubricating oil in the process of reconciliation of lubricating oil, finally to obtain the requiredlubricating oil. It was more laborious and not easy to control the amount of dumping by usingthe artificial way to dump additives to the reconcile kettle.Based on the deep analysis andresearch on the production process and control requirements, an automated production controlsystem which used S7-200PLC as control core, and used touch screen as operation interfacewas designed for the additive automatic extraction device。The barreled additive extractinginto reconcile kettle automatically made the lubricating oil get a harmonic production of highaccuracy and efficiency.First of all, a network structure was designed for the control system. In order to realizethe communication of additive extraction device and lubricating oil control station in theprocess of lubricating oil harmonic production, the data exchange between S7-200PLC andS7-300PLC was realized by using the communication mode of industrial Ethernet throughCP243-1network module. The Wincc monitoring station of lubricating oil shop transferredthe additive formulation parameters in remote to S7-200PLC of extraction device by usingOPC protocol through the industrial Ethernet.Secondly, software was realized based on the hardware configuration. In order to achievea better cleaning effect on the residual additives in the pipeline, the cleaning oil in oil tankwas controlled in PID temperature.The proportional and integral coefficients was adjusted,and the steam valve opening was controlled through the feedback value of the sensor, so thatthe heating temperature of cleaning oil was controlled.Then the accuracy control and tracking level which was the key technology of theadditive extraction were deeply studied.In the process of extraction,different extractingspeed of output revolutions were used through the transducer aiming at different types ofadditives, and the overshoot error was reduced through the compensation formula in thecritical set value.The additive level should be tracked by the pumping rod when extracting inorder to prevent the cross contamination when different kinds of additives were beingextracted. The weight values gathered by Modbus intelligent instrument was converted intoliquid level in the PLC,then the position and speed of the servo motor werecontrolled,making the pumping rod and additive liquid maintain synchronization drop.Finally, the operation interface and monitoring pictures had variable configuration andpicture design according to the process requirements. This system achieved the requirement of predetermined design through the experiment,which is expected to receive the industrial operation.
