Because of the advantages of high efficiency in dust remove, steadily runningand low maintenance of cost, electrostatic precipitator is widely used inenvironmental protection equipment of flue gas cleaning, which is needed in iron,steel, cement, electric power, metallurgy and other industries. ESP has a role ofenvironmental protection in flue gas purification equipment.Largely solving the sootemissions, air and other environmental issues of governance difficulty. However, theelectric technology itself also meets with some new challenges. On the one hand, withthe continuous improvement of environmental standards and higher and higherrequirements of ESP in emission concentration, we must make sure of dedustingefficiency higher and higher. On the other hand, on the basis of not reducingelectrostatic precipitator dust removal efficiency, we should reduce the operatingenergy consumption of the device, make its energy-saving operation. Based on theseproblems, the research on energy-efficient electrostatic precipitator control system isvery meaningful.According the structure and function of ESP’s energy-saving control system, theESP is designed and researched in this paper. Real-time monitoring, energy savingcontrol function, turbidity closed-loop control function, fault detection and energyoptimization management are included in it. On the basis of theoretical research, I putforward the efficient dust removal and control strategy of energy conservation. And ina reverse corona conditions, controller automatically search the corona andintermittent power supply inhibition against corona. Vibrating function optimization isto coordinate all to get the timing of the electric field, the vibration cycle.Step-downvibrating technology is used to optimize overall judgment vibrating effect andoptimize oscillation cycle order relation in time automatically. In the case of collectorhaving capacity surplus,add turbidity closed-loop control, adjust power distributionbetween the various electric field through a closed-loop control algorithm to achieveenergy saving.Put these strategies into energy-efficient control systems, theelectrostatic precipitators can follow the change of working conditions to adjustpower supply. The adjustment of power supply mode and operation parameters in realtime ensure that ESP is always running in the best condition. This system use DiwenDGUS touch screen as PC monitor system, which can be used by various electric fieldcontroller for data exchange and operation control. Automatic tracking the change ofthe electric field, To use the voltage, current and turbidity value as the basis, the dustremoval is to meet environmental requirements as minimum objects, minimum powerconsumption as the goal for the optimization of the power supply parameters control.
