Energy saving oriented collaborative control technology for large scale electromechanical equipment in coal mine takes the intelligent perception of the main energy consuming equipment working state as its premise,the optimization of cooperative work efficiency and cooperative control strategy among large scale electromechanical equipment in different subsystems as its optimization objects,the realization of energy saving in the whole coal mine production system as its final goal.Because of the huge production system of coal mine,the large variety of electromechanical equipment,and the complex production process,which increase the difficulty of the real-time monitoring of large scale electromechanical equipment in coal mine.The task scheduling problem of coal mine comprehensive production system also affects the energy consumption of coal mine production,several kinds of common task scheduling algorithm used in the task scheduling in comprehensive coal mine production reflect different kinds of completion time,which also leads to different extent of final energy consumption.In view of this,in order to obtain more energy saving coal mine comprehensive production effect,it is an urgent task to study a kind of reasonable energy saving oriented collaborative control technology for large scale electromechanical equipment in coal mine.The efficiency optimization of large scale electromechanical equipment in coal mine and the optimization of task scheduling strategy for coal mine comprehensive production system are mainly studied in this paper,in order to reduce energy consumption of coal mine comprehensive production.Firstly,in view of the complexity of coal mine comprehensive production system,this paper classifies the large electromechanical equipment and subsystems of coal mine,and gives the main energy consuming large scale electromechanical equipment in those subsystems.Secondly,this paper discusses the efficiency optimization of large electromechanical equipment in coal mine comprehensive production system,deduces the energy consumption formula of coal mine comprehensive production system in detail.In addition,this paper takes research on collaborative control oriented dynamic priority scheduling strategy for tasks in coal mine comprehensive production system as its main line,combined with the specific coal mine large electromechanical equipment sensor monitoring program and the communication scheme between coal mine subsystems,discusses energy saving process of coal mine comprehensive production in detail.In the implementation of the program,this paper chooses S7-200 SMART PLC to perceive and control the state of large electromechanical equipment in coal mine,chooses the ARM920T series microprocessor S3C2440 as master control chip of multiple heterogeneous network communication system,and introduces the process of the selection of related sensors,the construction of coal mine heterogeneous network,together with the communication between subsystems and equipment.The status of large electromechanical equipment in coal mine were real-timely monitored,in the end,related simulation were carried out,and the simulation results were analyzed in this paper,it proved that the energy saving oriented large-scale collaborative control technology proposed in this paper is feasible.
