This paper introduces the existing energy saving problems of the ESP in Zhejiang-changxing Power Generation Co.Ltd.and its solutions. Of the original controller for the existence of electrostatic precipitator control method is too monotonous, in order to spark rate control-based, non-self-learning and adaptive capacity weaknesses, in order to solve the problem of electrostatic precipitator with high energy consumption for technological transformation. Through the high-voltage control mode changes, the introduction of smoke volume and unit load as a feedback signal, adjust the high-pressure controller firing angle and field of investment back, forming a closed loop control system can further improve system energy efficiency.Based on elaborating and analysis of electrostatic precipitator principle and power technology, also based on Zhejiangchangxing Power Generation Co.Ltd. (4 x 300MW) actual situation, introducing a closed loop control system and the ash extremely matchs way reconstruction scheme, giving the implementation effect.
