| The grid of electric oil-rig field often use3~4diesel generator as power supply, and itsmain load is AC/DC power transmission installations that contain power electronic devices,whose share is more than70%of the grid.These installations are used to drive equipment suchas drawworks, mud pump and rotary table, whose load is volatile, so the installations producea lot of reactive power and harmonics, causing serious problems.This paper firstly analyzes the problems of reactive power and harmonics.To solve theseproblems, this paper suggest to use the TCR+TSC hybrid SVC, which combines theadvantages of TCR and TSC so that it can provide continuously adjustable capacitive andinductive reactive power. This paper introduces the theory of TCR, TSC and TCR+TSChybrid SVC, discusses how to calculate the reference admittance of three-phase TCR,proposesa special method based on instantaneous power theory.Then this paper does the simulationexperiment of TCR+FC hybrid SVC using the special method, whoes results show that thespecial method can correctly calculate the reference admittance of three-phase TCR.This paper designs the controller of TCR+TSC hybrid SVC. On hardware, this paperchooses TI’s DSP chip TMS320F2812as the main control chip, detailedly designs the powersupply module,the control and calculation module, signal input module,signal output module,communication and human-machine-interface module and hardware anti-jammingmeasures;on software,this paper designs the initialization module, the data acquisition module,the control and calculation module, the signal output module,the communication module, andthe software anti-jamming measures. |
